By using the MiddleTrack Rider App and MiddleTrack Driver App ("the Apps"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Information Collection: We collect personal information, including name, phone number, email, and payment details (for MiddleTrack) and driver's license and vehicle information (for MiddleTrack Driver), to provide and improve our services.

2. Location Data: The Apps collect real-time location data to facilitate accurate ETA updates, track driver locations, optimize routes, and ensure operational efficiency.

3. Third-Party Services: The Apps use third-party services (Google Play Services and Firebase Analytics) that may collect personal information as described in their respective privacy policies.

4. Permissions: By using the Apps, you grant permissions for internet access, network state checks, and location data (precise and approximate as required).

5. Log Data: We collect device information and app usage statistics (Log Data) for error diagnostics and app improvement purposes.

6. Security: While we employ commercially acceptable security measures to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
